A Benelli M4 semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun, serial Y219747Z, with an 18.5-inch barrel in black finish. It is set up with a fixed stock, a rubberized pistol grip, ghost ring sights and a top rail for an optic. The supplier lists it as used and notes that the listing image is a stock photo.

This is a defensive and tactical configuration rather than a bird gun: the short barrel, the pistol grip and the ghost ring sights are built for close work, and the rail lets a New Mexico owner add a red dot without gunsmithing. The fixed stock gives a consistent cheek weld shot after shot. Ghost rings are quick to line up and tough enough to take knocks in a truck or safe, and the black finish keeps the shotgun low-key. The rubberized grip holds steady in sweaty or gloved hands.
