Browning's Buck Mark in this configuration, serial US515YY28654, is a semi-automatic rimfire pistol in .22 LR with a metal frame, a 5.5-inch barrel, a fiber-optic front sight and wood grips. Our catalog lists the condition as used, while the supplier's text describes it as new with UPC 023614444015 and shows a stock photo; both are recorded here exactly as given.

A full-length 5.5-inch barrel and a bright fiber-optic front make this a range and small-target pistol, the kind New Mexico shooters use to learn trigger control before moving to centerfire. The wood grips give it a traditional look next to the rubber-gripped Buck Mark variants. In New Mexico no permit to purchase and no registration apply; the dealer collects photo ID and ATF Form 4473, sells handguns only to buyers 21 or older, and immediate family transfers and FFL holders skip the seven-day wait.
