This firearm is shipped directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. Upon purchase, Springfield Armory will ship the XDS MOD 2 to the FFL you designate during checkout. You must provide a valid FFL license number and confirm shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or residential addresses. All firearms are shipped via FedEx or UPS with adult signature required. After the FFL receives the pistol, you will need to complete a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before taking possession. FFL transfer fees are not included in the listed price and are set by the receiving dealer. Please confirm with your FFL that they accept shipments from online retailers prior to ordering. Some states and municipalities have additional restrictions on magazine capacity; the included 8-round and 7-round magazines comply with most capacity limits, but you are responsible for confirming local laws.
